What is LED Light Therapy? It is a new & exciting service now offered at David Scott Salon & Spa. LED (Light Emitting Diodes), is another form of light therapy that is a relatively recent development within the laser industry. It has similar effects to other light therapies but differs in the way that the light energy is delivered. LED disperses over a greater surface area, which results in a faster treatment time than other light therapy. Laser therapy is not readily available and is not always recommended for the delicate eye area. However, LED can be used on the eye area with no side effects. On Tuesday April 14th at 11pm, stylists Tina DePietro and Mari Garcia were featured on the Channel 19 Action News as part of their “On The Spot Makeover” with anchor Tiffani Tucker.
